 Getting Started
Contact us using our online form or by telephone, if you prefer. A moving specialist will visit with you to determine your moving or storage needs and to schedule an appointment for the visual survey of your goods. During the survey, please be sure to point out all items to be moved. Areas that are easy to forget are attics, storage sheds, outside furniture, etc. In order for your estimate to be accurate, the surveyor must be aware of all items to be transported.
Review Your Estimate
Moving charges are determined by the shipment weight/volume and the distance your shipment is traveling, as well as the number of workers needed to efficiently handle your move. If you have any questions regarding your estimated price, don’t hesitate to call! You will find our prices extremely competitive – a large part of our business results from referrals and repeat customers.
Schedule Your Move
Once all of your questions have been answered, fax your signed estimate back to our office. Your move specialist will then contact you to set dates for your move.
Packing and/or Loading Day
Our staff will arrive between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM unless other prior arrangements have been made. The personnel assigned to your move are experienced moving professionals trained in optimum packing and loading techniques. Your items will be handled with the utmost care at all times during your move.
Delivery Day
The moving crew will arrive at the destination on time. Your goods will be unloaded and placed in your new residence per your direction.
Payment
Payment for your move can be made using a cashier’s check, money order, company check or credit card. Company check and credit card payments must be approved in advance.
