We Take Pride in Our Equipment:
Our trucks are clean inside and out. Everything that's put into the van is padded, covered and secured to prevent movement during transit. Once the van is on the road, you can be sure the ride will be smooth. Our trucks are equipped with air ride suspension, a system of heavy-duty, flexible air bags instead of springs or conventional shock absorbers.

Consistent Communication:
We talk to each and every van operator in transit once a day, so we know where your possessions are at all times.

Reliability and Security:
When we arrive at your new home, we will unload as carefully as we loaded, putting everything exactly where you desire. If we unpack your belongings, we will haul away the wrapping material and empty boxes, if you wish. If your new home is not ready when you arrive, an Arpin agent in your area can store your possessions in secure, carefully packed containers at his or her warehouse. You can be sure everything will be protected from dust and damage.

Guaranteed Pickup and Delivery:
We stand behind our record for on-time pickup and delivery. If we don't load or deliver your shipment of 5,000 pounds or more of billable weight within the scheduled dates on the bill of lading, we'll reimburse you up to $125 a day for each day we're late, subject to certain restrictions.
