  2002 Agent of the Year
Arpin America Moving Systems of Dallas receives awards from Paul Arpin Van Lines.
Arpin America Moving Systems, based in Dallas Texas, has been named the 2002 Agent of the Year by Paul Arpin Van Lines during its annual agent convention in Savannah, Georgia.
Mario Silvestri, owner and president of Arpin America Moving Systems, and his wife Pam accept the prestigious award presented by Cathy Hopkins-Grieco of Hopkins & Sons Inc. (Paul Arpin Van Lines 2001 Agent of the Year) and David Arpin, president of Paul Arpin Van Lines, during the convention's gala dinner.
Criteria for this award includes quality service, low claim ratios, increase in sales and an overall commitment to serving the needs of fellow agents. Mr. Silvestri and his team have a strong commitment to providing the highest levels of service while maintaining a fleet of pack/load/deliver teams, as well as a 55,000 square foot state-of-the-art warehouse facility.
In addition to receiving Paul Arpin Van Line's top award, Arpin America Moving Systems also received the 2002 Top Hauling Agent award, 2002 Million Dollar Booker award, 2002 Greatest National Account Sales Volume award (second place), and the 2002 Superior Customer Service award presented during the convention's opening ceremonies.
2000 Best New Agent Award
